Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are factory.
Q: What is the regular MOQ for your product?
A: Different product will have different MOQ. Many products can help start wholesale by only 1 carton to start!
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment ≤ 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment ≥ 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance , balance before shipment.

Q: What is your Goods Warranty
A: We have a quality assurance date which is 2 month. if the item is defective within 2 month due to quality issue, we will repair or replace it for free (according the products). please notice, warranty does not include accident, human fault or improper use
Q: Can I put my Brand or Logo into the products?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM is allowed, but if you want to put your brand into the products, then MOQ should be larger.
Q: How about the package of the products? It is branded or neutral?
A: As a factory, all of packages is neutral to support trading company and wholesaler and distributor from all over the world.
Q: Can I make my own color box?
A:Yes, you can design your own color box, but MOQ should be larger too.
Q: What kinds of payment method can you accept?
A: We can accept TT(Telegraph transfer), L/C, PayPal, Western Union, etc.
Q：How does your quality control?
A: We have a professional QC team to check the quality before the shipment.

Re: By door to door service, say DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX,etc ,Or air cargo, Or by sea.
